We are located in the remote desert and from now on will only be selling our incense, oils, sages, resins, and other spiritual goods in packages. With our prior site, if we made a $7 sale, it would cost us that to get to and from the post office.
What size should I order? How do the t-shirts fit?
- Please refer to the sizing charts for all of our products. Most of our t-shirts are unisex size (unless stated), so we suggest our ladies to order a size down.
Where do you ship?
- We ship internationally!
How fast does shipping take?
- If you order any of the spiritual products that we ship, you can expect your package in 2-5 business days.
- If you order any of our other products (mugs, shirts, towels, leggings, bags, etc.): We recommend you order two weeks prior to your desired arrival date. All of our shirts and other print items are custom printed. All orders take 2 weeks (maximum) to arrive to your door. That means, when you order your printed products (mugs, shirts, towels, leggings, bags, etc.), our warehouse prints your item(s) and sends it out.
Do you provide tracking?
- Yes. Once your order has shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking code.
Do you do refunds, exchanges, store credits?
- Because all non-spiritual goods are custom printed, there are no exchanges. We ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you send us back any items. All items must be in PERFECT (New) condition and it must be sent back with the original packaging. We will then process a refund where it applies.
