Run bath (play water programs from Zenwombs.com this will program the water)
Boil herbs in two cups of water
Add herb water to bath plus the boiled herbs
Pour bag of salt mix into bath water
Pour apple cider vinegar into bath water
Pour entire bottle of oil into bath water
Make a cup of chamomile tea to relax u while u bathe.
Soak 30 or more
Hold singing quartz while setting ur intension.
**Dont Use soap. U can take a shower with soap before ur bath if u chose.
